Use A Proxy Server

You can use a proxy server for many things on the internet.  The main reason for people wanting to use a proxy is because they want to hide their IP online or remain anonymous.  IPs are how computers are tracked or located on the internet, so the only way you can stop people from finding you is by changing or hiding your IP.  Through the use of a proxy server you are able to stop people from finding you and this makes you anonymous.

Proxies work by acting as a go between for any data that is transferred through them.  If you use a proxy server to surf the internet, you actually connect first to the proxy then use it to do all your web surfing with.  This allows you to be anonymous because if anyone sees you surfing their website the only IP they can see is the IP of the proxy.  They can't see past the proxy so have no idea that someone is controlling the proxy.

Proxy servers have their own IPs and this is what makes you anonymous with a proxy.  Not all proxies are equal and the best kind are elite proxies.  Elite proxies provide 100% anonymity and they can cloak or mask themselves so even if someone examines the IPs on your elite proxy they have no way of knowing it is a proxy server.  This makes you look like an average Joe surfing the internet.

If you use a proxy server you can change your IP and be 100% anonymous online.  Elite proxies are the best way to do this.
